• Shipped bare root (no soil, no pot)

• Processing time: 5–10 days after full payment
• Plants are carefully packed, as shown in listing photos
• Delivery time: 3–10 days, depending on your country (see more details in Shipping page)
💸 Order Policy
• Flower colors may vary due to growing conditions and are not grounds for refund
• If your plant arrives completely dead or rotted, we will issue a refund — no replacements
• You must provide clear photos within 24 hours of delivery
• Minor damage or plant stress during transit is normal and not eligible for a refund
