1. Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship outside the USA.

2. Shipping cost
$75 flat for each order, for up to 100 plants. For more than 100 plants, email us at pkpgarden@gmail.com for a bulk price.

3. How long it takes
We prepare your plants and export documents in 5–10 days after you order. We process export documents every Thursday and ship every Saturday. After dispatch, delivery to your door takes 6–9 days.

4. How we ship
Your plants fly by air cargo from Thailand to the USA, and UPS delivers them to your door. You get a tracking number when your order ships.

5. Paperwork, inspection, customs and duties
We take care of everything: the phytosanitary certificate, the USDA import permit, plant inspection and customs. There are no duties or extra charges to pay on delivery, and you do not need any documents.

6. How your plants travel
Plants travel bare root, without soil, leaves or flowers, and are professionally packed so they arrive safely. Before shipping we keep them in an air conditioned room.

7. Delays and damaged plants
If your shipment is late, contact us and we will help you track it. If a plant arrives dead, rotted or broken, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. See our Refund Policy.
