Where do you ship?

To all 50 US states. We only ship to the USA.

How much is shipping?

$75 flat for each order, for up to 100 plants.

How long does it take?

We prepare your plants and documents in 5–10 days. After dispatch, delivery to your door takes 6–9 days.

Do I need any import documents?

No. We take care of the paperwork, plant inspection, customs and duties for you.

How do I choose my colors?

Find the flower codes in our Standard catalog or Premium catalog and type them in the color box on the set page, for example 9/5 pcs.

What if my plants arrive damaged?

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plants and packaging. If a plant arrived dead, rotted or broken, we give you store credit for it on your next order. We do not offer refunds or returns.
