Refund policy
1.Returns
- We do not accept returns once a shipment has been delivered, under any circumstances.
- If you receive damaged plants, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photosof the plants and packaging so we can assist you.
2.Refunds
- Refunds are only offered if the plants are significantly damaged during transit (e.g., broken stems, rot).
- All refund decisions are made at our discretion, and our judgment will be considered final.

2.2 Include your order details and clear photos of the damaged plants
2.3 Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days
3.Replacements
- We do not offer replacements. For eligible cases of damage, a refund will be issued according to our policy.
4.Shipping Delays or Issues
- Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier issues, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
However, our plants are extremely hardy — they have been tested to survive up to 30 days in transit and still arrive in healthy condition.
- If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist you further.
5.Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible as we begin preparing the plants and export documents immediately.
6. Flower Color Variation
- The color of flowers may differ from what is shown on our website. This is normal and occurs due to variations in temperature, environment, and growing conditions.
Some flowers may also change color as they bloom — for example, a flower may appear white when it first opens and gradually turn pink over time.
- These natural color variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for a refund.
